Defender Burghley Horse Trials

Another update from Hartpury, where Mark’s rider, Elouise, was at the British Novice Championships with her gelding, Franky.
This was their first time qualifying for the champs and they had a super week, with a PB dressage, an unlucky pole in what was a full up SJ course and then a cracking clear XC around a very grown up track.

At the weekend our livery, Eva, was at Hartpury in the Novice Restricted Championships, with her gelding, H. They came home with a 35.5 double clear in this competitive class, and well done to them both from the Rawlins Team! 💥💪🏼

Straight off the back of their success at the Festival of Youth, huge congratulations to our South East U18 riders, Flo, Tara and Zara for their European Junior team selection!

What a wonderful week at the British Eventing Festival of Youth at !

Both of our South East squads had great success, with the 2* squad winning 🥇 and the BE100 squad coming 2nd! 🥈

There was also a super atmosphere in the camp, with great kids and lovely parents. As ever it was a joy to work with Justin Clubley, Wendy and Sarah Rook.

Sophie was never far from our minds throughout the week, due to her connection with the South East U18s. This one was for you Soph 💙🩵

She and Buster came 2nd in their section as part of the Craven Pony club team, with a 29 dc, and qualified for the national championships! 🙌🎉
