Back by popular demand, our Beginner Calisthenics Course is back and kicking off again on September 23rd 💥
Over four weeks we cover everything you need to build real calisthenics foundations 💪
Week 1 is all about the basics. Learning how to warm up properly, mastering body positioning like hollow body and scapula control, and getting comfortable on the rings 🔥
Week 2 introduces levers and flags. Understanding how to use simple physics to create tension and build serious strength through elbow levers, dragon flags and your first steps towards a human flag 🇬🇧
Week 3 is handstand week 🤸♂️ Building confidence upside down, learning how to bail safely and taking your skills from the floor to the wall.
Week 4 finishes strong with pull ups. Whether you’re chasing your first rep or building towards 5 solid ones, we break down the progressions and help you create a plan that works for your body and your goals!
Every session is fully scalable, beginner friendly and focused on long term progression. No one gets left behind.
The course will once again be led by Coach JJ | James Jenkins , delivering the same top-tier coaching, structure and support that made the first round such a success 🙌
If you’ve been watching from the sidelines thinking “I should start”… this is your sign.
Spots are limited and the last course filled with a great group, so don’t hang about. 👉 Head to the link in our bio to secure your place for September 23rd.

Our autumn one rep max comp is back, but this year we’re mixing things up!
We’re taking the classic Muscle Up, Pull Up, Dip and Squat competition, but with a twist. With a partner, complete 2 lifts each. Combine your RIS scores. All4 competition: Muscle Up, Pull Up, Dip and Squat!
Athletes will enter and compete as a pair. Each athlete will complete 2 of the 4 lifts.
For example Athlete A does Muscle Ups and Dips, Athlete B does Pull Ups and Squats. Any combination is fine, as long as all 4 of the lifts are completed and each athlete has done 2 of them.
Once an athlete has completed their first attempt for a lift, you cannot swap them out.
Scoring will be based on RIS score per individual lift, taking the athlete’s weight into account. The RIS score from all 4 lifts will be added together to give each pair a total RIS score. Highest score wins!
No need for weight categories due to the RIS scoring.
Podium categories:
Male pairs
Female pairs
Mixed pairs
Usual streetlifting format, 3 attemps per lift.
Will be run under Final Rep rules and judging standards.
📆 Saturday 17th October 2026
