Rise&Defy Gym

Running on Tired!
5 days off in over a year, I am exhausted!
Is it worth it? 1000000%
building the Gym into what it already has become is my greatest achievement so far!
I set out with a goal to make a space where everyone is safe and everyone can train or talk without any judgement. everyone is at different levels and everyone has something they are going through or been through and this is the place where people come. I am so proud of myself and everyone who comes in

Who needs sleep?
Being stuck in stop start traffic at midnight in Wythenshawe is not on my list of favourite things to do!
Luckily i sleep like rubbish all the time so being knackered is the norm!

Has anyone got an Omoda E5 or 5?
Ive just ordered one on lease to be abit more efficient and could do with actually sitting in one lol

New Mirror lights!
Had a power surge alittle while ago and blew my mirror light but I have put a new one up this morning!

Finally not sweating just breathing!

Helen Hogg Sport & Remedial Massage has no spaces for massage and has now set up a waiting list!
Strong with Sami has limited availability for Pt and is looking at doing some Hyrox style group classes!
Soulara Healing is building her Reiki Practice nicely and currently has spaces available but it wont be long before you struggle to get appointments so get booked in!
