New signs gone up a few days ago. The road will again be shut this Sunday. They did turn up on the last one and in fairness the closure was for a brief period but would have rendered us inaccessible.
With that, we are very sorry to say we won't be open this Sunday 😭
Thursday though it will be all go again - Thursday 16th is the next one.
Sorry to all for the last minute announcement, we didn't know either....

Sadly we are closed this Sunday.
Originally we had a letter from the council stating it would be the 4th July so we are unaffected.
Today the signs went up at either end of barrow road stating it is from Sunday to Tuesday. So.....unless your coming by a chopper we won't be able to get you in.
Bonus being we will stick on another day, we have a few ideas to do something a little different....
Will check for Thursday....until Tuesday it's kind of unknown.

What makes Melrose?
It's simple.....
Different generations coming together, sharing time outdoors, good laughs, good company, and a shared passion. The younger ones may bring the energy, but the older generation brings experience, patience, and usually a few tricks that only come from years of walking the same ground.
And every now and then they remind everyone they’ve still got it — whether that’s through some brilliant shooting… or by mysteriously finishing the day with half the cartridges left! 😄
