Our popular Young Lions karate classes for 4–5 year olds have grown so fast that we’ve opened a brand-new Saturday morning class to make space for more little lions 🦁
Based on Kyokushin Karate, Young Lions helps children develop:

🥋 Balance, coordination & fitness
All taught through fun, structured activities in a safe and positive environment.

Our Little Spartans classes are being rebranded to:
🦁 THE YOUNG LIONS 🦁

In Kyokushin history, the Young Lions were a dedicated group of karateka who lived and trained together, committing themselves fully to the hard, disciplined life of Kyokushin under Sosai Mas Oyama. They trained relentlessly — forging strong bodies, strong minds, and unbreakable spirit.

By adopting this name, we honor that legacy and bring our junior program into closer alignment with the true spirit of Kyokushin Karate — discipline, perseverance, humility, and courage.

While our Young Lions are still kids, the values they train in reflect the same mindset:
commitment, respect, effort, and growth.
