Great day out at the interclub today, with a small team from Barry competing.

🥇 for winning via head and arm choke and a buggy choke. An impressive feat given he’s only been training for 2 months!

🥇 for Big Jordan who was hoping to compete at blue belt, but jumped in with the white belts and won 3 matches.

🥇 for who continues his fine run of tournament performances at blue belt with another gold medal.

7 matches total for the lads, 5 submissions and 3 gold medals. Couldn’t ask for anything better than that!
