Our Teacher Ben has been selected to represent Team Cymru Tri in the 20 - 24 age category in his first British Championships in a sprint duathlon in March.

He’s also been selected to represent Team GB for his age group in sprint and standard triathlon and is heading to Spain for the World Championships!

I’m sure you’ll all join me in congratulating Ben on a fantastic achievement and wishing him all the best for his upcoming races! 🎉💪🙌

I’m so sorry everyone, but due to a back injury I am having to cancel tonight’s aqua session - painkillers are getting me through work, but there’s no way I can jump around on poolside tonight to do aqua.
Emails will go out to all those booked on through the system. Remember there’s no aqua next week as it’s half term - we’ll be back on the 26th!

I had a sneak peak yesterday and it’s fab! I’ll definitely be joining!

Don't forget our fabulous new gym is open for viewing today, tomorrow and Saturday 9am - 7pm. (16+ years old)

It is not quite finished yet, we are still doing the snagging and deep cleaning, so the machines cannot be used but you can have a good look at what will be available for your use. Donna will be on hand today to answer any questions you may have. Pop in and see us!
