LOW INTENSITY FULL BODY WORK OUT CLASS

What a great Class I attended this morning with our Lovely Caroline in Cowbridge Leisure Centre which is every Monday at 12:15pm.

It was easy to follow with lots of variations and a lovely friendly atmosphere.

This Class is a Full Body workout minus the high intensity/high impact movements and is suitable for Pre and Post GP Referrals, and for anyone who is returning to fitness and is designed for our more Mature Members.

I highly recommend it!!

And the great news is that Caroline will be taking the same Class in Llantwit Major Leisure Centre from Thursday 7th November at 9:30am.

Thank you all so much for my birthday wishes! I spent the day being me lol. Instructing Zumba and low impart body conditioning in cowbridge then teaching swimming in Llantwit. Finished off with cwtches on the sofa with my boy and the dogs. 😊

Evan has found that Lifeguards is a brilliant way to build his fitness levels! But not only that! He has made really good friends and it has broadened his circle. Everyone at Llantwit has made us part of the gang and it is so much fun even in the rain!! ☔️ seeing your child run into the sea with no fear when the waves are crashing gives such a buzz of pride! It is well worth having a go because that is all we were going to do and now we love it!
