Personal post! Today I say goodbye and celebrate the life of my beautiful Grandma. She lived a fantastic life, a hard one too, living through poverty, nursing and living in a N**i bombed London through the war, living with grief nobody should endure but her faith and love for her family ensured she conquered everything life put her through. Her stength and tenacity is something I will always aspire to. She knew the key to longevity was eat well and keep moving, she was an amazing swimmer, pounding length after length even til she was 95!
She has been there for me my entire life and I will never stop being grateful for the invaluable life lessons she taught me and for the time we had together. (That mixture of fiestiness, kindness and giving everything 100% or don't do it, you may see in me, it comes from here!)

🌻Day 3 of Reflexology week 2026🌻
Meet Eunice Ingham — a woman who played a huge part in shaping the reflexology world we know today. 🦶✨

In the 1930s, Eunice, an American physiotherapist, began developing the ideas of Zone Therapy (Fitzgerald) paying particular attention to the feet and how different areas appeared to correspond with different parts of the body.
She spent years studying, mapping and teaching these reflex areas, eventually becoming known as one of the pioneers of modern reflexology.

Eunice travelled the world, teaching others her techniques and helping reflexology reach a much wider audience. She also wrote two influential books, “Stories the Feet Can Tell” and “Stories the Feet Have Told.”

Her work has had a lasting influence on reflexologists around the world — including practitioners like me today. ☺️🦶🌻

🌻Day 2 of reflexlogy week 🌻🦶 Around 2330–2500 BC — Ancient Egypt
A scene in the tomb of the Egyptian physician Ankhmahor at Saqqara depicts practitioners working on the hands and feet. It is often cited as an early historical reference to reflexology, although its exact meaning and connection to modern reflexology remain uncertain. Cool bit of history! 🌻

🌻🦶It's Reflexology week 2026!! 😍 So I will be sharing and celebrating all things reflex! Here are a few myth busters and a bit more of an insight into what we do! (As much as I love treating with sports massage/bamboo and cupping, reflexology is secretly my favourite!) 🌻Rhoose residents🌻
A little update about my Thursday evening yoga classes in Rhoose 💛🧘‍♀️

I’ve decided to go back to study Level 4 Sports Massage and Anatomy. (A place opened up yesterday!) My classes fall on Thursday evenings, so I’m sorry to say that the Rhoose yoga sessions have ended with immediate effect.

If you’ve already booked, you’re welcome to move your booking to my Wednesday class in Barry, subject to availability, or receive a refund—whichever works best for you. I’ve emailed those booked on.

A massive thank you to everyone who has joined me in Rhoose! I’ve loved sharing those evenings with you and hope to see you again soon. Stretch and stay present!

🌻Birthday gifts for our loyal clients!🌻
It was recently my birthday and I had a couple of treats, you know, free coffee, facial etc for being a regular. This got me thinking, I’d like to do the same!
So, if you are a regular client with us, whether it be yoga, reflexology or massage, once a year, your session will be absolutely free as a Happy Birthday and thank you from us! I will keep a little list as most people only have one birthday a year! 😂
Just mention it pre treatment/class and there’ll be no charge! Happy Birthday! 🤗🌻

🌻Aaaaaand relax! Well folks, what a fantastic summer of yoga and holistic therapies! 🥰From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU so, so much! You beautiful lot coming back to class each week, rebooking your treatments keeps my family and myself ticking over! You pay for treatments and classes, I go food shopping and cook for my family, it's literally that simple! Just taking a little break to rest my hands, body and mind.
