Story time, taking it right back to 2020
When I worked in the corporate world and was lazy AF
Or so I thought
Turns out I hadn’t found a job I was passionate about
Just like you haven’t found the plan or coach for you
Doesn’t mean nothing will work
You just need to look harder (at me)
🤝
Because almond croissants are life
🫡
Sometimes you need to zoom out and realise how far you’ve come
Instead of worrying about what the scale weight says today
Compare how you’re looking and feeling now with when you first started your journey
It will give you the confidence to keep going
✌️
Do you find yourself trying to train like you’re in your 20s?
Where you had hours after work to train every night
Life’s not like that now, you have responsibilities
So that plan you’ve had since you were in your 20s?
It won’t work now
Because if you miss a session, your plan goes out the window
When work ramps up, the kids are ill
You end up sacking things off for 3 months
But if you had a programme that works even on your busiest weeks
You can still progress
✌️

If I was your coach & wasn’t afraid of hurting your feelings
This is what I’d tell you
The second to last being the most brutal 🤣
✌️
No time to meal prep? Good
There’s no excuse anymore, every supermarket has high protein, low calorie options
Give these a try
✌️
Going to the gym is not enough if you’re just going through the motions
Start following a plan, training with intensity & actually getting stronger over time
✌️
Marathon training block 1 complete âś…
In 4 weeks my easy pace has gone from 6:00 per km
To 5:20 per km and getting better all the time
Strength is going up, muscle is being built
All in all it couldn’t be going any better
✌️
Jenna thought gym classes were the answer
It’s exercise so must work, right?
Wrong, she tried for 6 months and saw no progress
But she was lacking a programme built specifically for her
and the accountability & support
10 weeks in and she’s lost 16lbs 🤯
Taking 8cm of fat from her waist
But the best thing?
She’s dropped 2 dress sizes and now feels confident in her summer clothes
Going on holiday looking & feeling incredible 🤌🏻
She’s training just 3 x per week
Hitting her nutrition targets
and being more conscious with her movement
That’s it, nothing major
Just slight changes that have compounded over time
If you’re struggling like Jenna was
DM “Reclaim” and let’s see if I can help you
