Our popular Parent Participation Week is returning after Gradings!

From week/beginning Monday 21st September you can join your child in class to catch up on what they have been learning!!

Following this, we are introducing our first Adult Beginners Kickboxing course!

If you enjoyed being on the mats and have always fancied having a go then this course is perfect for you!!
You will join a small group with a dedicated instructor for 4 weeks on a Tuesday evening. This will give you the skills and insight to join our Adult Kickboxing class following the course if you enjoyed i!

This is just £40 for the beginners sessions on the following dates:
Tuesday 28th September
Tuesday 6th October
Tuesday 13th October
Tuesday 20th October

If you sign up to the beginners course we will also give you 50% off enrolment to Adult Kickboxing!

We look forward to seeing you on the mats!

Remember - you do not have to be fit to start! But you have to start to be fit!

Sid has not been in our Junior Kickboxing class for very long, but today he showed just how well he is settling in! 💪🥋

He kept up brilliantly with the older children and put so much effort into everything he did. His attitude, determination and willingness to give everything a go really stood out. 👏🔥

A huge well done to Noah and Bella for their work in Cadet Kickboxing today.

Noah brought fantastic energy and enthusiasm to the session and did a great job of putting the focused skills from the lesson into practice during his sparring. This excellent work earned Noah Star of the Lesson! 👏🥊

Bella listened carefully to the coaching points during sparring and worked hard to put them into practice, showing clear improvements throughout the session. This fantastic effort earned Bella Star Fighter! 👏🥊

A big well done to Ryan for being today’s Adult Kickboxing Star of the Lesson! Ryan showed great progress with his footwork, slowing things down and really focusing on working through each technique with control and precision. Fantastic improvement, Ryan! 👏🥊
