CIRC-HIIT Classes are on 6 times per week at Quest Taekwondo Centre Oxspring. You never have to book - just turn up 👌 with plenty of parking too.
Mondays 6.15am & 9.30am
Wednesdays 9.30am & 7.30pm
Fridays 9.15am & 7.30pm
£5/£6 per class
Unlimited Weekly - £12.50 (every Monday)
Unlimited Monthly - £40.00 (1st to of every month)

Hi everyone- koko and Alice’s fundraiser for Africa continues with these amazing super strong macrame wristlets for keys !!!

Africa fundraiser 👊🏽- my daughter is running this along with her friend (and mums) to help fund a trip to Africa to play netball and purchase kits/trainers for the girls over there ❤️
