Well we had a craic!! These Irish drivers are most certainly on a different league!! A little 'tap' on SS2 knocked the tracking out but as always, we fixed it as best we could and we finished the Down Rally 2026. Absolutely phenomenal stages and it's another one off the bucket list. An appreciation post here. Robert and Christine of Whitehillhousefarm in Seapatrick are absolutely brilliant hosts with a stunning barn conversion of where we are staying. Honestly, we couldn't have found anywhere better to be based whilst at the Down Rally for the 6th round of the Protyre Motorsport UK Asphalt Rally Championship

What a long journey we had yesterday but zero issues. Arrived at the most beautiful farmhouse for the weekend ahead after a lovely sea crossing. Today is recce for Neil and Alan, scrutinering for the service boys from 16:00 before the main event tomorrow. Catch us live over 3 stages as always thanks to Special Stage Rally Video. Now for breakfast 😂

Thursday morning, we head off very early as we travel to Ireland running at car number 49 on Saturday
Drive like you stole it?? Nah, not us. We drive it for fun, for passion and respect to our home built toy. 2 weeks today and we head to Northern Ireland competing on the Down Rally for the first time. We have not rallied in Ireland before but it's round 6 of the Protyre Motorsport UK Asphalt Rally Championship 😁
