Pre-Season Skills Camps are back this August! π
Join us in Dungannon, Ballymoney and Newry for Swim Ulsterβs Pre-Season Skills Camps, designed to help swimmers return to the water with confidence and build strong foundations for the season ahead π
After a well-earned summer break, these camps provide the ideal opportunity to refresh technique, develop key skills and prepare for the months ahead!
π
Junior Group (2015β2017) - Focused on developing core swimming skills through technical coaching.
π
Intermediate Group (2011β2014) - Builds on the same technical skills while introducing light aerobic work.
Across both groups, sessions will focus on body position, alignment and efficiency in all four strokes, helping swimmers adapt after the summer break and get the new season off to a strong start.
