Karate classes are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Tai Chi classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays. All classes are either in Ards or Bangor and classes for groups, schools and private lessons are available by arrangement. We now have three newly appointed 3rd Kyu Brown Belts - Dylan, Megan and Harrison ! 🤎
As well as Ben who achieved his 2nd Kyu Brown Belt and Victoria, who achieved her 1st Kyu Black Tip.
We are massively proud of all the hard work and dedication you made to learn all the material and perform it to a very high standard, especially after a long 6 hour day at camp.
Further congratulations to our other graders achieving yellow, green and blue belts!! 😁

MIZUKARA SUMMER CAMP - DAY 1 👊‼️
Today we enjoyed some games before heading down to the forest glen! We tested our reaction speed, practiced some drills and had races! Then back to the hall for some grading practice and sparring !!

2026 WUKF World Championships 🇷🇴🥇
Congratulations to Sensei Amy, who achieved gold in the Senior Women’s Wado Ryu Kata event. This is the first world title held in 20 years for Mizukara! 👏
