One of the biggest misconceptions about Steelworks is that you have to compete...
You don’t.
Yes, some of our members compete in HYROX and CrossFit.
But most don’t.
Most of our members come here because they want to:
• Feel stronger.
• Lose body fat.
• Build confidence.
• Improve their health.
• Have more energy.
• Keep up with their kids.
• Stay active as they get older.
Competition is completely optional.
For us, success isn’t standing on a podium.
Success is:
