🚨 NOTICE - PLEASE READ 🚨

It has been reported that there has been a lot of dog faeces deposited around the football pitches next to the gym. These areas are used by both children and adults on a regular basis.

There is bin located next to the gym car park at the Seafield Terrace side and there is poo bag dispenser in the park at the entrance from Queen’s Crescent. Please use these facilities and pick up after your pet. Help keep our lovely neighbourhood clean and tidy.

Saturday 9AM-12PM
Sunday - Closed

Please note the gym is solely run by volunteers so there may be a possibility the gym is closed due to the lack of staff - Memberships are allowed access to the facilities 24/7

The Annual General Meeting of the charity that runs the Sports Centre will be held on Wednesday 4th February 2026 @ 7.00pm in the Sports Centre

All gym users are welcome

The gym will be closed from Tuesday 23rd of December at 8PM to Monday 5th of January for Christmas and New Year

The gym committee would like to wish everyone all the best for 2026 and thank you for your continued support for our local gym facility

🚨 We have a new lock for the gate in the car park - the code is the same as the lockbox for the gym 🚨

Please note the padlock for the car park gate is broken and the gate should NOT be closed - this will allow access to and from the entrance

Reminder from next Wednesday August the 6th, the evening session between 5PM-8PM will be a
ladies ONLY session

As from Wednesday the 6th of August, the evening session from 5:00PM to 8:00PM will be LADIES ONLY

Just to make the public aware. There are bollards at the entrance of the gym, you are still able to enter the carpark but please take care when doing so, we will try to get them moved as quickly as possible!

The gym will be open on Saturday morning as usual but the car park will be unavailable from 5pm Friday evening until 9am Monday morning.

Users with 24/7 access can still use the gym but please do not open the carpark gate, thank you ☺️
