We’re Knockburn bound for the rest of the week! BTS of setting up the course. We’ve got a great team of volunteers helping out as well ❤️ buzzing to welcome you all to the site from 4pm on Friday 🔥 🙌

🔥 Great news! Muscle Therapy is back at Saltire24 this year!

There will be sports therapists on site from Friday evening offering taping, and will be available throughout the entire event for taping, sports massage & compression boots.

They will be there to help keep those legs turning and get you back out on the course 💪🔥🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Quick debrief after day 1 of setting out the route. It’s looking good. Knockburn have been busy cutting the grass and there is only one slightly boggy patch just past Knoll Gallagher. Conditions for the weekend look the usual - all 4 seasons in 24hrs. Maybe some sun, maybe some rain and bound to have a bit of a heat wave in there.

We will keep you updated through the week. So buzzing!! Only 5 days to go!

The Saltire24 2026 event tee is here! 🔥⚡️🏃‍♂️

And thanks to , every runner and volunteer will be getting one.

We’re buzzing about this year’s design and can’t wait to see hundreds of you wearing it around the course on race weekend. You’ll collect it at registration on Friday evening or Saturday morning.
