Social media loves to tell us we need to completely change our lives overnight🥲
Crazy diets. 2 hour workout plans. “Summer body” plans.
But honestly? Small steps are usually the ones that actually last.
That's why our workouts are designed to fit into real life - 30 minutes, 3 times a week! This helps build healthy habits without living in the gym.🩷
Because consistency in small steps will always beat going all out for 2 weeks and then never wanting to see a treadmill again😂

Celebrating our members across the country brings us so much joy!
Meet Libby from Gymophobics Stafford✨
Libby's journey shows that with small steps, comes BIG chnages!
"I joined gymophobics back in October 2025 and have never looked back. I love that there is a routine to follow and the instructors are always on hand to help with anything. I feel more relaxed there compared to any gym I’ve been to before as there’s no pressure at all and everyone’s supportive. Having routine reviews really helps as you can track progress and really know it’s working and that keeps me motivated. I have switched my visits to McDonalds to visits the the gym and I feel just great!"
Thank you to Libby for her dedication to the process and seeing results not just within herself, but also her confidence in the gym🩷

Imagine being told your opinion didn't count simply because you were a woman.
Thankfully, a group of incredibly determined women, including Emmeline Pankhurst, weren't willing to accept that. They fought, and yes, sometimes in ways that raised a few eyebrows, so future generations could have the right to vote.
Today, on Emmeline Pankhurst Day, we celebrate the women who paved the way and remind ourselves that our voices deserve to be heard. There's still progress to be made, but it's worth taking a moment to appreciate just how far we've come💕

We’ll admit it… there’s one thing you’ll notice missing when you walk into our gym - mirrors👀
Our main priorities is creating a safe, comfortable space where all women can feel confident while exercising.
That's why we've chosen to not place mirrors in our workout areas. We want to remove the pressure of comparison and instead help women focus on what really matters - how their body feels and how strong they're becoming!
No pressure, no judgement. Just a space designed to help you feel good💕

We know how daunting it can feel walking into a new gym for the first time. You might be wondering where everything is, what you're supposed to do, or feel like everyone else knows the ropes already.
The truth is, most of us have felt exactly the same at some point.
To help put your mind at ease, we've put together a guide to show you exactly what to expect from your first session with us. From the moment you arrive to the moment you head home.
Take a look before your first session👀
Ladies, if you remember your first visit to Gymophobics, we'd love to hear from you. How were you feeling before you came in, and how did you feel afterwards?
Your story might be just the reassurance someone else needs before taking that first step through the door 💜

"It's just a period."
If you've ever been told this when talking about heavy bleeding, painful periods, or other menstrual health concerns, you're not alone.
This Fibroid Awareness Month, we're joining the call for better education, support, and action to help women and girls understand the signs of fibroids and get the help they deserve.
Fibroids can cause:
🌸Heavy periods
🌸Painful or irregular periods
🌸Tummy pain
🌸Lower back pain
🌸Needing to p*e more often
🌸Constipation
🌸Pain during s*x
And while they're often brushed off as "just period problems", these symptoms can have a significant impact on everyday life, making activities such as work, education, and socialising more difficult. You deserve support, and you have the right to seek medical advice and treatment.
Keep an eye on our stories this month as we share more about fibroids, the symptoms to look out for, and where to find support.

Personalised fitness ensures training is tailored to individual goals, abilities, and needs - making progress more effective, sustainable, and relevant to each person rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
A women-only space adds another layer by creating an environment where women can train without intimidation or comparison, often making it easier to focus, ask questions, and build consistency. Together, it supports both better results and greater confidence over time.
