βοΈFun Fact Friday!βοΈ
Did you know? Dolphins sleep with only half of their brain at a time so they can keep swimming and come up for air! π¬π
Luckily, our swimmers can save the napping for after training! π

π¦ Little smiles, big splashes, and growing confidence! πββοΈπ
Our little swimmers had a great time in their lessons this morning! π₯°
Thereβs nothing better than seeing our preschool swimmers having so much fun while learning such an important life skill. Every lesson is filled with laughter, games, new achievements, and plenty of happy faces as the children build their confidence in the water.

Heading to the beach this summer? βοΈποΈπ
Remember the Beach Safety Rules to help keep everyone safe:
ποΈ Always swim at a lifeguarded beach where possible.
π₯π¨ Swim between the red and yellow flags
π Never swim alone
π Be aware of tides, waves and rip currents
π± Keep an eye on the weather conditions
π§ Children should always be closely supervised near the water.
π If you see someone in trouble, call 999 or 112 and ask for the Coastguard
A fun day at the beach starts with staying safe. Enjoy the sunshine and make great memories! βοΈπ

With all this hot weather weβre bringing the swimming fun home! βοΈπ¦
A paddling pool is a great place to practise some water confidence skills, including:
𫧠Blowing bubbles in the water
β Floating on your back
π Submerging under the water
π Floating on your front
𦡠Kicking your legs
Remember: children should always be closely supervised around water, no matter how shallow. Stay cool, stay safe, and have fun! π
