Edgcote Gallops

The all weather surface of the gallops is perfect for the horses whilst the ground is so hard everywhere else.

You can now pay online in advance of using the gallops as well as paying at the machine as you arrive.
To pay in advance you need your vehicle registration number, quantity of horses and credit card details. The barrier will automatically read your registration number and open as you approach; there is a back up QR code to scan at the payment machine, this is found on the confirmation email.

Unfortunately, the morning of Thursday, the 31st of July we will be closed until 2 o’clock due to PonyClub rally on the round Gallop

There are many years when the event horses have only just got started with avoiding wet and deep going, this year we're officially in a drought, and the ground is really hard!

I'm seeing lots that are already getting pretty jarred up. Sorry to sound like the fun police, but please try to stick to walk hacking only until we've had a good amount of rain. Keep your trot, canter and jumping to the arena and if you need some fast work we're spoiled for gallops to hire locally, I will tag a few in below.
