Tomorrow, 2 CKA Karateka return to the Karate Northern Ireland Open championship.

Mark Healy will be competing in U14 Br/Blk Kata Category and David Lennox will be competing in Kumite and Senior GBP Kata Category.
Both members previously earned medals in this championship

Join us in wishing them all the best!

Come along if you can to Queens University PE Centre, doors from 8am with first events at 9.

Spectators £5 entry, £10 for families.

All Chujo Karate Clubs are cancelled week commencing 21st April for Easter break.

CKA Members from Rasharkin Chujo Karate Club and Ballymena Chujo Karate Club took their belt examinations today and absolutely nailed it.

Everyone showed sharpness in their basics and katas and brought an incredible spirit to their kumite, leaving nothing in the tank!

Congratulations to everyone, get some rest before the dojo calls again next week!

With grading applications closed and the day steadily approaching, we'll be focusing all our energy to help you bring your best Karate on the day.

Sensei's feedback guides your growth. - Don't let corrections overshadow your successes! Every uncorrected technique is a victory.

Karate is a lifestyle. - Extend your training beyond the dojo through home practice and mental visualisation.

You've got this! - We wouldn't have accepted your application if you weren't ready.

On Sunday 23rd February the Northern Ireland Karate Board hosted their Open championship, with over 170 entries, Ballymena club member David Lennox took joint bronze in the veterans kata category.

Congratulations to David on the payoff from his hard work and dedication in training over the past year.
