Ballymena Silat

A martial arts class which teaches traditional Pencak Silat. This class offers you the chance to learn self defense techniques with a modern twist.

Areas covered include: improvised weapons, multiple attack situations, hold up or mugging defences and many more. This class is suitable for beginners or anyone with experience.
