Hello… it’s been a while! 🤍

Three years ago, I stepped away from yoga and from social media, and I honestly wasn’t sure when — or if — I would come back.

A lot can happen in three years…

I’ve travelled, explored, learned, laughed, rested, changed, grown (and probably eaten far too much good food along the way! 😅).

There have been adventures I could never have imagined — swimming with sharks in Belize, island hopping in the Maldives, exploring Kenya and Antarctica, surfing in Brazil, hiking in some incredible places… and plenty of quieter moments in between.

These photos are just a little snapshot of the last few years. 🌎✨

But somewhere along the way, I found myself missing yoga. Missing the practice, the stillness, the connection — and especially the feeling of creating a space where people can simply pause for a while.

So… I’m saying hello again. 👋🏼

And this time, things are going to look a little different.

I’m so excited to share what I’ve been working on and to slowly begin creating that space again.

It’s lovely to be back. 🤍

I've been quiet on here for a while now as I've been busy getting married and getting ready to set off on the trip of a lifetime!

In person classes have been paused for a year but I may introduce some online offerings once we find our feet in South America, so stay tuned!

Replies may not be as quick as usual but I am still contactable, so do not hesitate to reach out 💜

Wednesday 6.30pm - 6 week block starts tomorrow - 3 spaces left

Wednesday 7.45pm - pay as you go - 2 spaces

For the first time in ages I actually have 1 space available! Dates for this block are: 3rd, 17th, 24th April & 8th, 15th, 22nd May (off Easter Mon & 1st May bank hol). Be the first to DM and the space is yours 📲

Wednesday 6.30pm - All Saints Parish Centre
The dates for this block are: 19th, 26th April & 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th May.

Wednesday 7.45pm PAYG - All Saints Parish Centre
Pay as you go classes will be taking a 2 week break for Easter after this week, then will resume as normal on 19th April.

Kids Yoga is back - Saturdays 10.30am @ Studio 9 Galgorm

4 week block: 29th April & 6th, 13th, 20th May.
