'Get Tri Ready' session 4.

We have covered all sorts of race scenarios. Hope you can all enter your next race with confidence. Looking forward to seeing you at the various races this season.

Session 3 of our 'Get Tri Ready' course completed on Saturday. We worked on our buoy turns and deep water starts. Finishing off with 1k swim. Breezy and choppy. Great conditions to practise our sighting.

'Get Tri Ready' TBA soon

Big shout out to for inviting me to the Roe Valley Sprint Tri yesterday!

Fantastic turnout with 150 competitors taking part. The club did a great job in running a well organised event. The weather even managed to stay kind too ☀️

Thanks to everyone who stopped by the stand, and well done to everyone who raced. Great to be involved with the spot prizes as well.

Wetsuit Demo Day!!

Saturday 23rd May
Ballygally Community Hall
9am-1pm

Due to the popularity of our last Demo session we are holding another in Ballygally Community Hall.

The correct size of wetsuit is essential to get the best of both yourself and your wetsuit. Come along for a fitting, and get advice on the various models. Even try before you buy with a swim as the beach is just across the road.

On the day we will have wetsuits, robes and neoprene accessories available.
