Our next course starts on Tuesday. Are you going?
Sensei John McDonald along with assistant coach Áine Cooper will take participants through the basics of self defence. This course is ideal from girls & women from age 13+ and especially Students who are going out to live & study in new locations.

Master John McDonald 5th dan in Ju Jitsu who is running his 2nd Women's self defence course starting this Tuesday 7th August.
The course covers these areas
* Situational awareness
* Vital parts of the body that are vulnerable and easy to attack
* Basic strikes and kicks
* Defences for the most common attacks on women
Total cost for the 6 week course is £18 & it runs every Tuesday 8.15 - 9.15pm
