RD9 | Nutts Corner 6th SEPT

Racing, Remembrance & Community Support

Round 9 brings us back to Nutts Corner Circuit on Sunday 6th September, and this year’s event carries deeper meaning for everyone in the IMC family. Alongside a full day of racing, RD9 will host our annual fundraising event, supporting two charities that mean a great deal to us: AANI and Heart Failure Warriors NI.

Why These Charities Matter

AANI Air Ambulance Northern Ireland
AANI provides critical, life‑saving medical response across Northern Ireland. Every rider, parent and supporter understands the importance of rapid medical intervention - and many within our paddock have seen first‑hand the difference AANI makes. Supporting them is our way of giving back to a service that protects our community.

Heart Failure Warriors N.I.
This charity is close to our hearts following Krystle’s recent diagnosis. Heart Failure Warriors work to raise awareness, provide support, and advocate for those living with heart failure - a condition that can make even the simplest daily tasks feel overwhelming. Their work helps families navigate a frightening and often misunderstood illness, and we are proud to stand behind them.

Spectator entry will be £5, with all proceeds going directly to these charities.

A Track Walk With a Difference

During the lunch break, we invite all competitors, families and supporters to join us for a special 'backwards track walk'.

Walking backwards is symbolic - a reminder of the daily challenges faced by those living with heart failure, where even walking forward can feel like climbing a mountain. We are fortunate to be well and able enough to complete the walk with ease. By walking backwards, we acknowledge that what feels simple for us is not simple for everyone.

And to strengthen that message, the IMC will donate £5 from every competitor (entry fee) who takes part in the walk straight into the fundraising pot.

The more who join, the stronger the impact.

Parents’ BamBam Race – A Fan Favourite

It wouldn’t be Nutts Corner without the legendary Adultss’ BamBam Race. Always chaotic. Always hilarious. Always brilliant craic. A guaranteed highlight of the day - and a chance for the kids to watch the grown‑ups race around the circuit.

Our feature races return with two special 10‑lap showdowns:

👑 King of the Corner
👑 Prince/Princess of the Corner

These races are always fiercely contested and jam packed with action. And with this year’s round dedicated to the memory of Neil Robinson, they carry extra significance.

We are also looking forward to welcoming a very special machine into the paddock in Neil’s honour. More details to follow - but it’s something the paddock will not want to miss.

Join Us for a Meaningful Day

RD9 will be a day of racing, remembrance, community and support - a chance for us to come together not just as competitors, but as people who care deeply about the causes we stand behind.

Bring your family, bring your supporters, and bring your energy.
Nutts Corner Circuit always delivers - and this year, it will mean even more.

🏁 3 Rounds to Go

As we move into the final stretch of the 2026 season, three championship rounds remain:

RD8 | Athboy (15 August)
We return to Athboy on 15 August, a venue that always delivers great racing and a brilliant atmosphere. Entries are open now on the IMC website.
Practice from 10.00am, racing from 12.00pm, spectating free.

RD9 | Nutts Corner (6 September)
Next up is our annual 'King of the Corner' event at Nutts Corner on 5 September.
This year, the event carries deeper meaning as we dedicate it to the memory of Neil Robinson.
It will also host our annual fundraising efforts - with proceeds supporting AANI, our long‑standing charity partner, and Heart Failure Warriors, a cause close to our hearts following Krystle’s recent diagnosis.
A day of racing, remembrance, and community.

RD10 | Kirkistown (3 October)
We close the season at Kirkistown on 3 October.
Given the overwhelmingly positive feedback from our last visit, this promises to be a hugely popular and fitting finale to 2026.

Before all that, we have the pleasure of being part of the Classic Festival at Bishopscourt this weekend - a highlight for motorcycling fans across Ireland. We’re proud to give our youngest riders, the 'BamBammers', the opportunity to take to the track at such a prestigious event and thank the orgainsers for the invitation.

Plenty still to come...
