🌡☀️ Nodyn i atgoffa fod y gyms wedi cau heddiw oherwydd nad ydym yn gallu rheoli'r tymheredd yno. Mae'r dosbarth Acwa a Boxfit hefyd wedi ei ganslo 🌡☀️

🌡☀️ Friendly reminder that the gyms are closed today as we cannot control the temperature in there. Aqua class and Boxfit has also been cancelled due to the heat 🌡☀️

🌡☀️ Mae dosbarth Dementia Actif prynhawn 'ma wedi ei ganslo, ac mi fydd dosbarthiadau ffitrwydd yfory yn cael ei ganslo oherwydd y tywydd poeth.

Rydym wedi gwneud y penderfyniad i gau yr ystafell bwysau ac yr ystafell cardio yfory hefyd oherwydd y tymheredd.

🌡☀️ Dementia Active class this afternoon has been cancelled due to the hot weather, all fitness classes tomorrow will also be cancelled.

We have decided to close both gyms tomorrow also due to the heat.

We have made this decision in the interests of the wellbeing and safety of our customers and staff.
