Derwent River Relaying and Fell Race Reccying over the weekend for the team!

Everyone ran exceptionally well on Saturday, our Senior Ladies team bringing home the Gold medal in superb style.

Much appreciation to Graham Jones⁩ for guiding our first cohort of Couch to 5K runners. They have all benefited massively from the encouragement and support from him and all of the team members that contributed along the way.

We are a club that welcomes all levels of confidence and experience meeting at our HQ Summat off Matlock St, Bakewell every Tuesday at 6pm.

Short jog, some gentle balance and strength work in the shade, a little sports day feels partner relay before George tested the depth of the river ahead of Sunday’s Bakewell Pudding Race!

We’ll be adapting this evening’s session to account for the heat, but still be meeting at 6pm at our HQ Summat behind Fat Face, off Matlock St
