We are delighted that the gents sauna here at the Health Club has been appropriately renamed.

Following the recent death of our very first member the beloved sons of Faizal unveiled his Serenity Suite.

We have all the equipment you will need just make sure that you wear appropriate footwear and bring a drink with you 🥛

We are used to looking after people here at Chatsworth Health Club but this morning called for extra care with a feathered variety.

A duck has been sat on a nest of eggs in the plant pots outside the gym for a few weeks now. The ducklings started hatching yesterday afternoon and this morning was the day that Mum chose to fledge the nest.

With assistance from Ben they were transported into the park to begin their adventure and find the cool water of the river 🦆🐣

🏊At the beginning of June, we encouraged our members to participate in a challenge to swim from Chatsworth to Normandy as a Chatsworth health club team.
The overall distance was 34,326 lengths in our pool, which is equivalent to 320 miles.

💪All our members SMASHED this challenge by finishing an incredible 39,445 lengths, amounting to 367.4 miles!

👏A huge congratulations to all our members!

🏊‍♂️ We are pleased to announce the new midweek swimming pool opening times.

🗓️ Monday- Fridays the first available swim session will be 6:30am.

The gym will remain opening at the normal time of 7am Monday-Friday.

Last night we said “goodbye and good luck” to Richard.

Richard has been the deputy manager at the Healthclub for the last 5 years and we had a great evening celebrating Richard and wishing him all the best for the future.

Following the recent news of a number of tragic deaths involving young people who, have encountered difficulties in open water, Chatsworth Health Club decided to help spread the water safety message this week.

So, on Wednesday & Thursday with the help of the amazing Water Safety Officer and her glamorous assistant from the RNLI based in the glorious Northumberland we visited Bradwell, Litton, Great Hucklow, Baslow, Pilsley and Poolsbrook Primary Schools. Over 300 children have been reminded to:

Stop and think
Stay together
Float to live
Call 999

There was a familiar face at Poolsbrook with Miss Whiteley. A really proud moment to see her in action teaching the children who, clearly adore her.

A huge THANK YOU to Nell Wakerley for making this happen. Jenny & Oliver Smith from the RNLI. The Hide for hosting our guests and to the schools for allowing us to come and visit.

If this prevents just one child from drowning then we will have done our bit!
