Valspar 2017’s Football

We spent the day at the Bonnie, Bonnie Banks Football Festival and fun day yesterday. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
A superb festival very well ran by the organisers, can't thank them enough 👏

The kids had a great time, hours of football and inflatables fun.
All the games were fair and competitive and we look forward to going back next year.

Thanks to all parents, coaches and the players for all the efforts yesterday.

Thank you to everyone who took part in our world cup results predictor for the group stages.

We had 37 entries which means £185 to the team and £185 to the lucky winner.

Congratulations to Craig Heathcote 🥳🥳🤑

It was very close with 1st and 2nd finishing on the same amount of points but Craig just pipped it on being closer on the amount of goals scored across the group stage.

A special mention to our very own Kieran who got the closest guess overall for the amount of goals scored , and snapped up a bottle of Hendricks Gin. His Dad has kindly offered to "take care of it" till his 18th birthday 😂.

Our monthly sessions with Coerver Coaching Scotland resumed on Thursday night. Thanks to Coach Grady for taking another really enjoyable session. Well done to August’s player of the month, Alfie D ⭐️

On Friday night we welcomed along Kieran from Stro's Foundation to personally thank him and the charity for being our new sponsor of our second kit. We are all delighted to represent this new charity set up in memory of Alan Struthers (Stro) and hope to do them proud. Thanks also goes to Ian and the team at Only Sport Ltd for fantastic service as always.
The kids were so excited to debut their new strips at the recent Caledonian Youth Club 2017s tournament which was our final tournament of the summer.
