The girls were outstanding today against a really good team running out 3-0 winners to secure the Edinburgh Cup Bronze Trophy❤️

Some really good performances over the weekend but coaches player of the tourney went to Kayla. Outstanding from start to finish and a brilliant team mate as well❤️

Today was a fitting reward for these amazing girls to finish off with the current coaching team. They have came on leaps and bounds in the past year.

It’s been a pleasure to have been part of the coaching team helping these girls. We will be watching from afar and supporting these girls moving forward. A huge thankyou to the girls for their efforts over the past year. From being bottom of the table a year ago with zero points to being top of the table at the half way point this season, 3 girls moving onto nxt gen opportunities and several training with the first team. The turnaround in you all has been incredible❤️

Also, thankyou to the parents. Your support for these girls and us as a coaching team has been outstanding. We could not have done it without you❤️

Difficult second day at the Edinburgh Cup for the girls. Not at our best but still very unlucky to finish with 10 points and still not top the group. Nonetheless, still a cup final to play tomorrow against Boroughmuir Thistle to look forward too.

The girls finished off for the mid season break with a strong performance against a good Hamilton team. Short on numbers today again, the girls dug in and played some brilliant football to keep themselves top of the table.

The team goals today came from a hat trick by Dunny (sponsored by McCulloch Gas Services), a double from Danni (sponsored by Sisters), Daisy (sponsored by ULT Fitness) and Holly (sponsored by Hamiltons Restaurant & Porthead Tavern).

Player of the match was tough today but it went to Kayla (sponsored by Leanne McGuffin) for her work rate, superb link up play and her quality on the ball. Only thing missing today from Kayla’s performance was a deserved goal. ❤️

The girls were superb tonight. Every single one of them played brilliant and some of the football they played was very good to watch. Player of the match was tough to choose due to the level of the girls performances. In the end it was shared by Danni who was brilliant on the left and up top, and wee conker (sponsored by Brows by Rose) for an outstanding performance in the middle of the pitch.

Tough game today for the girls but they kept going right to the end and nicked a point with the last kick. The resilience in these girls is second to none. Wee special mention for Alys for a genuine bit of quality in setting up Emmé for the equaliser at the death.

The girls struggled to get going in first half and were outplayed for most of it. Second half was more like us and played some brilliant stuff.

Great battling performance from the girls in their opening league game of the season. A brilliant opening goal from Emmé (sponsored by BGIL Properties) gave us the lead going into the second half. Eilidh ( sponsored by McChuloch Gas Services) got the second and third with two good finishes.

The girls dug in all game to get themselves over the line, helping the team in different positions.
