MARTIAL ARTS SAFETY & HYGEINE ♦️

As you all know our staff work hard to keep our whole facility as clean as possible.

Even with this, we do need our members and visitors to do their best to ensure their kit is cleaned after every training session, skin is checked and you are free of any rashes or infections. Do not come in to train with a rash or skin infection ‼️

Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the gym makes it a much more enjoyable environment for everyone to train.

As Martial Arts is an intense physical contact sport we ask everyone who attends or is planning to attend to read over our safety and hygiene rules set out above. Please note, personal hygeine should not be overlooked and is a reflection of respect for your training partners and the training facility.

Following these simple rules promotes a healthy, bacteria free gym environment so everyone knows they can come to class & train safely 🙏🏼
