What a session this morning for our absolute superwoman of a member ‘s last session before leaving to have her baby 😍!
She made classes every single week until she was nearly 35 weeks !
She is an inspiration to so many within the academy, and especially to all of our pregnant members who are starting or in the middle of their pregnancy now 👏🏼
We will miss you at classes but we will see you soon when it’s safe for you to get back to it with a vengeance which we know you will!
We can’t wait to meet our youngest member of the LivFit fam 😍💙
Remember, exercise is absolutely safe during pregnancy as long as you have the right guidance and the approval from your health care professional 🤰🏼👏🏼

TOMORROW AT 7AM ‼️
We kick start our 24 hour challenge where we will keep 2 of our assault bikes running for 24 hours from 7am tomorrow until 7am on Saturday morning and we need YOUR HELP ‼️🙏🏼!
We have had a massive 66 slots on the assault bikes booked and we need 30 more!!
These are 30 minute slots, where we ask for a £5 minimum donation per slot for !

OH HEY 👋🏼 SO YOU HAVEN’T HEARD OF US?
Don’t worry we hear that a lot and it’s totally on us … busy family lives the last couple of years led to… well…if we are going to be brutally honest … s**t at promoting ourselves.
And not only have we failed to let the majority of ayrshire know we even exist… but where we even are 🫣.
There’s just the two of us behind the operations here at LIVFIT HQ…
But here we are, alive and kicking - ready to show the world (well, Ayrshire)… who we are and what we are about 🫡
Be prepared to hear (and see) a lot more from us this year alongside our amazing team of coaches 🙌🏼

Daddy daycare 👨🏻
We have said it before and we will say it again
The Academy is and always has been a kid friendly gym 👶🏻👶🏻
We want to support parents in reaching their fitness fitness goals and understand as parents ourselves how difficult it can be.
Plus, why not have those little eyes watching and being inspired to do the same when they grow up 💫
