The start of the season for our men’s 1st team starts this Saturday with a Berks & Bucks County Cup 1st Round game against MK Irish Reserves.
As our home pitch isn’t quite ready to use the fixture has been reversed to an away game at their stadium.

⚠️ Kingsbrook Pavilion – Security Update
Unfortunately, we are continuing to experience people attempting to gain access to the changing rooms at Kingsbrook Pavilion.
This is the latest incident, captured this morning.
We can promise you, the changing rooms really aren’t that exciting and there is nothing of value inside to take! 😅
If anybody recognises this individual, please contact the football club privately. We would be more than happy to offer them a guided tour of the changing rooms and toilets during opening hours!
While we’re sure there may be a perfectly innocent explanation, it is becoming increasingly concerning just how regularly people are trying the doors and attempting to enter the pavilion, particularly over recent weeks.
Thankfully, the building was secured. However, incidents like this demonstrate exactly why we take the security of the pavilion seriously and why the building cannot simply be left unlocked when it is unattended.
We have a responsibility to protect the facilities and ensure they remain safe and available for the children, players, volunteers and wider community who use them.

We’ve just had word that the Senior Teams season has been postponed until the 19th September. 😭
Current state of our new pitch.
This dry weather has absolutely decimated local sports pitches.
The grass areas are perfectly fine, it’s the drainage which has collapsed and 26 tonne of soil from the Parish and 5 Tonne from the football club have started the repairs.
We cannot get the pitch playable to top dress and seed until we get significant spells of rain due to the lack of watering access at the site.
It’s safe to say, we won’t lose a game from the wet weather…
