Tennis is a fun and sociable sport and we have a new course starting next Wednesday for ages 7 - 10 years at Bierton Tennis Club.

Suitable as a starter or refresher course with lots of fun games, learning all the shots in the process.

Coming soon - New Cardio tennis sessions starting Thursday 4th April 7pm.
This one-hour session is a high-energy group fitness class that uses tennis in a structured format to deliver the ultimate full-body, calorie-burning, fun aerobic workout. Suitable for all ages and abilities. If you want to improve your fitness but don't enjoy the gym, come and give it a try!
