Outdoor karting is back in Aviemore!
550 metre track, located approx one mile north of Aviemore, just off the B9152. Turn right at our sign at Granish.

We provide karting opportunities for drivers aged 3+ with a variety of karts for hire. Outdoor Karting has returned to Aviemore! Situated 1 mile north of the village, Aviemore Kart Raceway offers karting for ages 8+. Karts available: Kadet Karts age 8 - teens £12 per 10 minute session

200 cc Sodi kart: for age 13 and up the 200 cc's can share the track with the Kadet karts so that families can

🎉 WE'RE REOPENING! 🎉

After more than three weeks of closure following the Glenmore wildfire, we're delighted to announce that Loch Morlich Watersports and Boathouse Cafe Loch Morlich will reopen from 10.00am on Friday, 7th August! 🌊🚣‍♀️

Following a multi-agency assessment, the cordon around Glenmore will be lifted, allowing local businesses to reopen. We'd like to thank all of our customers, local residents, emergency services, and everyone who has supported us throughout this challenging time. Your patience and understanding have meant so much to our team. ❤️

⚠️ Please be aware:

Firefighting operations may still be taking place in parts of the Glenmore area as crews continue to deal with any remaining hotspots.
Some forest paths, mountain bike trails and roads will remain closed or have restricted access.
Please follow all signage and instructions from Forestry and Land Scotland and the Cairngorms National Park Authority when visiting.

🏄‍♂️ We can't wait to welcome everyone back onto the water! If you have a booking with us, we'll see you soon. If you've been waiting to get back out on Loch Morlich, bookings are now open and we look forward to seeing you this weekend.

We are very much open for business Aviemore Kart Raceway Limited 🏁🏁

The Cairngorms are open and ready to welcome you! 🌲 ✨

While a small section of the National Park remains temporarily closed for safety because of the wildfire, the vast majority of the Cairngorms, and our local businesses are fully open and excited to host visitors.

If you are planning a visit:
✅ Explore the endless open trails, attractions, and local spots open across the wider Park.

⚠️ Check the latest guidance and avoid the specific closure areas around Abernethy Forest, Ryvoan Boathy and Glenmore Forest (including any active road cordons).
