Sender IXS Mountain Bike Park is a custom designed and built Coaching Area / Skills Park where we run Performance Courses and Private Sessions.

It is also our base for Guiding on local trails and mountains around Aviemore and the North of Scotland.

Introducing coach @creag.muir.
Fernie, Cranbrook and Kimberley Coach and Guide
Raised in the Scottish Highlands, with the Cairngorms as his backyard, Creag’s been on bikes in the mountains his whole life; riding, racing, and chasing good trails. Whether it’s big backcountry days, steep technical enduro, dirt jumps, or between the tapes on downhill tracks, he’s at home on all of it.

His 14 years of racing so far span the UK and Europe, including IXS Downhill Cup, Crankworx DH, Enduro world series, British National DH Series, and representing Great Britain at the UCI Downhill World Cup in Fort William in Juniors (2024).

For the past two years Creag has been coaching and keeping things running smoothly at his family’s Bike Park in Scotland @sendermtbofficial. He works with riders of all levels, bringing a calm, confidence inspiring approach while helping people push their riding and have a proper good time doing it.

Creag holds top-level British Cycling MTB Leader and Gravity Coach qualifications, along with MIAS Level 2, and was the youngest in the UK to achieve them at just 19 yrs old.

Big on progression and good vibes, Creag brings a balance of youthful energy, and broad technical and tactical knowledge to every session; whatever the terrain, whatever the goal. #ferniebc #mtbbc #bikeguide #cranbrookbc 08/06/2026

At Sender Bike Park / Performance Mountain Sports - Aviemore, experience runs deep. We are a family of riders and professionals with Caragh Muir starting her journey in Coaching and Guiding but learning fast shadowing my sessions with a solid adventure logbook including National DH Racing. Creag Muir has already done us proud by being the Youngest BC MTB Leader and 1st BC Gravity Coach assessed under proper conditions, in hard terrain by an experienced Gravity Tutor.

He is working this season for the big guns at Ridetheory - Fernie / Kimberley and Cranbrook. He has already been working full time since the start of May with the Kimberley Trail Team and loving every second. If you are looking for Transformative Coaching in Scotland get in touch or if you are in Canada look up Ride Theory and ask for Creag and Clayton 👊🏼
