Hi, I'm Mandy, I am a 200 hr registered seasonal yoga teacher and trainee Qi Gong Instructor.

I offer classes that are inclusive and accessible, and alternative options offered in traditional and chair yoga and in Qi Gong standing or chair practice 🙏🏻.

A gorgeous day yesterday at our Goat Yoga Session at . The sun was shining, the kids were mischievous and the meditation was wonderfully different 🥰
Spring was definitely in the air for our Seasonal Spring Yoga Flow. Smiles all round from our Yogi's ❤️
The next dates available are 9th and 30th of May, 27th of June and 11th July. All bookings can be made on Errington's Barn website

What a fabulous day teaching at the first ever Goat Yoga Class at Errington's Barn. It was a bit chilly but the wonderful Kids all warmed our hearts and our hands. And an extra special cuddle from Ted the puppy. Everyone had beautiful smiles all through the class. A gorgeous way to spend a Saturday afternoon 🐐🙏🏻🩷
