Last Saturday we were invited to perform at Epsom Rotary Clubs “Party in the Park” event in Rosebery Park! 🥳

Our members stepped up with some fantastic kung fu and kickboxing demos, alongside some exciting lion dance and weapons displays, and to top it off the response from the crowd was incredible.

A massive thank you to everyone who came out, volunteered their time, bought their families along too and supported the event. You truly made us proud! 🙏

During the summer holidays, we held a competition for our members, the bag hang challenge. The rules were simple...Hold yourself on the bag for as long as you can.

It was great to see how competitive everyone got, competing against people from other classes and different ages.

The times went up and up... but our winner, holding on to the bag for an astounding 1 hour, was Joshua!

Congratulations, we felt his prize had to be truly worthy of his effort, well done! ⭐💪

Great work from Stan on Thursday in our teens Kickboxing class.
Stan always shows up and gives 100% in class and then stays on to spar with the adults 😎

Keep it up Stan 👊💥
