WOW 🤩 A massive 20kg weight loss for Dani Danielle Rose Witherington 👏🏽

This has been achieved in just over a year so that we were able to complete this over a few phases of dieting, with weekly off plan meals, holidays & with periods of time away from a deficit

Rather than it feeling like one big slog of a diet taking over life, it’s been achieved in phases & with food & cardio always staying very moderate & feasible, without protocols taking over Dani’s life! 🎯

🍽️ Fuelled well by eating in a slight surplus
⚖️ Gradual scale increases over time (slow & steady)
💪🏼 Worked with progressive overload, more weight, reps & better form over time
😴 Adequate sleep & recovery time, previously Billie was overtraining!
