Picked up some new Nike Zoom X Pegasus 35 Turbos and already put 5k of treadmill running on them. So far I'm impressed with them. They feel, snappy, responsive and comfortable...we'll see how they cope over the coming months on the track 🔥

Tuesday's training session in atrocious conditions but overall a positive session, feeling more confident in myself and slowly but surely increasing my pace 🔥

Picked up a new running light from The Running Outlet, for those late evening and night runs 🌙 First impressions straight out the box are good, small compact design, head strap and chest strap included, adjustable light angle, rechargeable, bright with a wide beam 🔦 thanks to the staff at The Running Outlet for great advice and service as always.

Julie Rose Thursdays XC Training 🌙 ☁️ Another good training session, aimed for 3 sets pace but only managed 2 clocking in at around 8km total but overall pleased with the result.

Last night's XC training session.
1.6km warm up.
4 x 600m@10k pace, 400m@5k pace,
600m@10k pace and a 200m walk between sets.
Weather was awful but overall a successful night thanks to Stella's training plan.

Picked up some new gear for the new year at The Running Outlet in Canterbury today! Amazing store and service who specialise in running gear! Going to definitely be seen rocking the volt day glow colours!
