What a first night at Monaghan Country Festival with the fabulous Mike Denver singing. Great atmosphere, weather was fab and the dancing was mighty 🙌😁💃. Definitely worth a trip to soak up the festival feel and get some steps in🙂.

Remember folks festival starts tonight with the fab Mike Denver 😁. It's all outside and dancing is done alot on the road, there is a dancefloor but it fills v quick so wear appropriate footwear and enjoy the experience if you're heading.

You can pay into the Monaghan Country Music Festival each night at any of the pay stations🕺💃🤠
It's €10 each on Thursday and Friday night and €15 each on Saturday and Sunday or a weekend pass is available to purchase in advance at €50 in the Westenra Arms Hotel.
Please note there are no electronic payment facilities at the gate, please come prepared 🥰

I had the pleasure of teaching a lovely group of young adults to jive as part of a summer scheme event. Such a great bunch of people and everyone committed to the task in hand and done really well😁🙌

Thank you for asking me to be part of this and I hope you all do plenty of dancing at the end of scheme celebration dance.
