Three years ago today, we opened the doors to SONA Gym. 🖤

What started as a vision of creating a gym we could be proud of has grown into what you see today — and that simply wouldn’t have been possible without every single one of you.

To everyone who has joined, trained with us, recommended us to a friend, shared our posts, supported our team or simply walked through our doors week after week — THANK YOU.

You are the reason we’re still here.
You are the reason we continue to grow.
And ultimately, you are what makes SONA what it is.

We’ve always believed that your support should be returned. That’s why, rather than standing still, we continually reinvest back into the gym — upgrading equipment, always adding brand new machines, from the worlds best gym equipment manufacturers, improving the facility and doing everything within our ability to make SONA better year after year.

We know we won’t always get everything perfect, but one thing we can promise is that we’ll never stop trying to improve. 💪

🤫 We’ve been keeping a secret…

Back in early March, when everyone thought we were only ordering the Gymleco Hack Squat, we actually ordered TWO machines…

The Gymleco 243 Leg Press was on that same order. 👀

We kept it quiet because we were originally told it wouldn’t arrive until late September, and we didn’t think it was fair to have everyone waiting months for something that felt so far away.

Fast forward to today…

Thanks to the incredible efforts of Gerard we’ve been moved up the production schedule and our Gymleco Leg Press is now ready to leave the factory! 🚛🔥
If everything goes to plan, it’ll be landing at SONA Gym next week.

🚨 The wait is over — our new Gymleco Hack Squat has officially arrived! 🚨

At first glance, it might not look as imposing as our previous Primal Strength Hack Squat, but trust us when we say this machine is a serious upgrade.

As we’ve mentioned before, there was absolutely nothing wrong with the Primal unit. Functionally and aesthetically, it was still in immaculate condition and less than three years old. We could have easily done what many gyms do and kept it beyond when it gets signs of wear and tear. But that’s not the SONA way.

We’re always looking for opportunities to improve your training experience and invest in better equipment whenever we can. If there’s a chance to bring something superior to the gym floor, we’ll take it.

Well… that wasn’t exactly a close contest.

The result was unanimous!
The clear winner was the WATSON Single Stack HYPEREXTENSION. 💪

Unlocking a new level for your Glutes, Hamstrings and lower back!

So on that decision it’s been ordered and will be going into the production queue with the world renowned Watson gym Equipment Brand with delivery hopefully landing in late August.
