Due to popular demand we are now opening up another class on our timetable

Our Saturday teenagers class will specialise in self defence

Boxing footwork, head movement, blocking & striking

This is a 1 hour class including teaching drills , light school sparing & professional padwork

Suitable for all experience levels

We do this not for social media likes, not to say we are boxers or coaches , we don’t hand pick easy fights, with our fighters we don’t just post videos of hitting pads or shadow boxing, we post pictures and clips of sparing & fighting, sharpening our tools , we don’t pull injury as an excuse when the going gets tough,
we fight , we spar , we go into the lions den in full view of everyone, we learn

We love it both inside of the ropes and outside , the good & bad

Gaining experience everyday because to become a warrior you need to mix it with the best
