Got our first laps in yesterday on the Duckshaw Classic Racing ZX7 and Junior 600 machinery. One on each completed and hoping for another one on each this afternoon ☀️

A tricky weekend at Armoy Road Races ☀️☔️

Qualifying: P5 Supersport | P7 Superbike | P1 Classic Superbike
Racing: P9 Supersport | P1 Classic Superbike (lap record) | Superbike DNF

Got my first win over here out of the support classes on the Duckshaw Racing classic superbike and another lap record. Thank you to John and Paul for all their efforts coming over here and for the very competitive bike.

Then on the opening lap of the Race of Legends, I did the same thing I had done every lap into church, only difference being I hit the ejecto seato button and went out the sun roof. Was really confused by it but after talking to some other riders, it seems there way have been something down at that corner.

778 days without a crash whilst racing, nearly two seasons with WH Racing Team without crashing their bike at all and nearly a 100% finish rate for races started in 2026 just wasn’t to be. With this being the last meeting of my two years with WH, I was really wanting to go out on a high with them. We’ve had a fantastic two years together and I’m gutted that that’s how it’s finished but it is what it is.
A massive thanks to everyone at WH Racing for everything over the last two years, it’s been an absolute pleasure ❤️

And finally, thanks to Wiff, my Mum and Dave for being there for me as always and Kev, Alan, Simon and Stanley for a lot of help this weekend with the Triumph. After she let go at the southern, I’ve bought a new motor and we seem to have cured some of our issues 👊🏼

Qualifying over and done with at the Southern 100 Road Races

P8 Superbike (2.15.9)
P10 Supersport (2.22.3)

A few tenths off my PB on the Superbike from last years races and a new pb by a considerable margin on the Supersport bike (not actually competed in the Supersport class at the Southern since 2022). Moving in the right direction 👊🏼

A mad 6 days incoming. Here at the Skerries 100 on the D&D Buckley Racing Fireblade and Triumph competing today and tomorrow.

Tomorrow, i’ll pack up and head for a Dublin to Holyhead sailing and then a switch of bikes with someone on the earlier boat from Liverpool at the docks. Then i’ll head up to Heysham for the 2pm sailing back to Douglas and go straight down to Castletown where the WH Racing Team Fireblade and by then the D&D Buckley Racing Triumph will be sat waiting for me to get out on 🫪😮‍💨

All for the love of riding around in circles ⭕️

Finally, my thoughts are with James and his family and friends at this terrible time. Road racing hasn’t been kind to us this year and taken some brilliant people from us. Let’s hope the back end of this season is kinder 🫶🏼

Tandragee 💯 done n dusted for 2026. Was a tricky race day with conditions constantly changing ☀️☔️

Open P5
Supersport P5
The Tandragee 100 P4 (new PB 2.57.4)

Started steady in the open race and then got to work catching the two ahead of me but by the time I had caught them I cooked my rear wet. Made my move for 4th going on to the last lap but then got a lot of spin and the rear coming round on me on corner entry so played it safe and settled for 5th.

The supersport and the Tandragee 100 were lonely races but we are making good progress to the front. Happy with how my second time racing around this very technical track went.
