Good Evening All, My New Weekend Warrior Strength and Conditioning Class starts tomorrow at 9am at my gym Jason Aston Black Belt Academy on Lindsay Street, Arbroath. A lot of you have been asking me for a while to put together a weight training/strength and conditioning class, this is for ANYONE looking lose weight, build muscle and improve their fitness and MENTAL HEALTH. Because of the nature of this training, its only for age s 12 and above, right up to adults, of all ages, non member friends all welcome -£5 , please arrive 10mins early and bring some water and a towel , CANT WAIT TO WORK WITH YOU ALL
