Our Little Senseis programme for children aged 3–5 years is growing, and we’re looking for the right person to join our coaching team.
You do not need to already be a martial arts instructor. We’re much more interested in finding someone who is positive, energetic, reliable and genuinely great with young children.
Experience in early years, nursery, childcare, education or children's coaching would be a big advantage — but attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
You’ll receive training and support from our existing coaching team and learn how to deliver our structured Little Senseis programme, helping children develop confidence, focus, coordination, discipline and other important early-years skills.

🥋 PROGRESS. NOT PERFECTION.

At 3–5 years old, we don't expect children to get everything right.

And we don't want them to feel that they have to.

One child might learn a new movement straight away.

Another might need to watch first.

Another might try it three, four or five times before suddenly...

⭐ “I DID IT!”

That's why at Little Senseis, we celebrate progress, not perfection.

Listening for a little longer.

Joining in when they were nervous before.

Remembering one more instruction.

Trying again instead of giving up.

Each one is a small win.

And when children learn to recognise their own progress, something wonderful starts to happen...

They begin to believe in themselves. ❤️
