Ray helped me manage this by mixing up my training to keep me motivated. He also help me plan my training and kept pushing me as I progressed. Helping me achieve my goals and making every session challenging and fun.
I really enjoyed the variety he put into the sessions whether they were group sessions, 1 to 1's or solo videos(step by steps).
My fitness has increased noticeably and I have complete the fitness test I was working towards. I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more core exercises, run further, lift progressively heavier weights and generally push myself harder throughout each session. I know actually look forward to my workouts.
Most importantly he ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. He is extremely reliable and punctual – always set up and ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned.
