As bitter this is it is also very very sweet!

Ailish has been offered a job role that aligns so well with everything she is about and we are all absolutely made up for her!

We are gutted that we are not going to be able to continue to be lead by and work with Ailish as a gym manager.

Since the very first time I sat down with Ailish this new role she is about to step into is exactly what she described as her dream job!

It has been amazing to see you grow and develop and we are so happy that you are still going to be helping us unwind, be present and workout any niggles in your classes!
